ALUMINUM PLATE AND BAR OIL COOLER FOR CONCRETE MIXER 18L

1.introduction
 Power concrete mixture truck series oil coolers have achieved good reputation since coming into the market .The total assembly products are bombined together with alu bar and plate oil cooler,oil ta,fan&fan guard,thermal switch and filter.

2.Mounting position and way of connection 

In case of better cooling solution ,we suggest that mount the oil cooler in airy  place. The feet of oil cooler is connected with truck itself .anti-shock rubber block has to be used to ensure a long time application .

3.Oil tank
There are oil inlet and pressure balancing port on top of oil tank .When it is first in operation ,oil is sposed to reach the center of the oil guage,make sure there is no air in the hydraulic system ,the bolt has to be closed tightly when oil filling finished .

4.Electricity connection 
 The motor for the cooler is DC motor ,life is 3000working hours .DC motor must work with thermal switch and contactor ,because it is unsafe for long time running .

5Thermal switch

 The purpose of thermal switch is to make the fan works discontinuously through the switch"ON/OFF" .we can supply with this spare part. When the oil temp reach to upper limit ,the switch will run ,then fan start to rotate .when the oil temp get down to lower limit ,switch will turn off automatically ,fan stops too.  Thermal Switch upper limit:65ºC ,lower limit :60ºC(For WB021, oil tank capacity 18L).


6 Oil Filter
The filter is connected with oil cooler through the flange .it is oil-absorbing filter.after assembly the filter was completely immerged in the oil except the lid. filter core can be changed at side of lid .Oil route will be cut automatically when changing filter core,so no need to empty the oil in system .The filter has a vaccum gauge which can show the contaminative degree of the hydraulic oil . working temp of filter is 25-110ºC.
